Privacy policy (개인정보처리방침)

This policy describes how FLAM Corée handles the personal data collected through its registration forms, in accordance with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보 보호법).

What we collect, and why

Through our membership forms: the identity of the lead parent and of a secondary contact, the identity of the children (name, date of birth, nationality), contact details (email, phone, address). This data is used solely to manage memberships, groups and the association's communication. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Children under 14

Data concerning a child under 14 is only processed with the explicit consent of their legal guardian, collected at registration (개인정보 보호법, art. 22-2).

Retention period

Data is kept for the duration of the membership, then destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled, in accordance with article 21 of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보 보호법 제21조) — unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
